Playing soccer, supporting Beiing Guoan.

Nelson Mandela, his ideas, beliefs and actions moved a nation and he did this with integrity.

The Tipping Point. It teaches you how to leverage trends and know where you personally are in the process.

Seeing family, friends and colleagues succeed in achieving their goals.
What is your greatest fear?
An innovation in our industry that we do not seize hold of first.
What are the qualities you most admire in a person?
Integrity, good sense of humor and respect for their subordinates.
What do you consider to be your greatest achievement?
Recruiting, training and coaching some of the best leadership talent in China and Vietnam.
What is your most treasured possession?
A life path I have not regretted and never will.
