Beijing Super Papa Culture Communications, the private company, made the announcement on Tuesday at the European Union-China Winter Sports Cooperation Conference.
The school plans to import North European ice hockey training systems to Beijing, and Olympians and coaches from Germany and Switzerland are expected to coach Chinese students on the game. A scholarship program will also be launched to award children with passion and talent for the sport.
In its efforts, the Chinese company is being partnered by the EU-China Winter and Outdoor Sports Alliance, a new body that seeks to promote sports cooperation between the European Union and China.
