The two-week-long event offers Beijing diners a distinct experience with original and traditional Lebanese fare.
Fridays are "theme days", and the first Friday of the festival, on July 22, has top wine from the Middle East, including wine and liquor from Chateau Ksara in Lebanon. On that night, chefs from Lebanon's Tawlet restaurant will treat guests to Lebanese food and cooking show.
On July 29 (the second Friday), Lebanese chefs will treat guests to traditional Lebanese snacks — "Arabic bread" and the appetizer saj.
There will also be a market selling red wine, chocolate, yoghurt, olive oil, nuts, and bread.
