Housing prices may see upward pressure again

The housing market is relatively quiet in May and June compared to the first three months in 2013, but upward price pressures remain a factor, says an article in Beijing News (excerpts below).
It is expected that property prices will fall by 20 percent by the end of this year.
This may seem like good news for potential buyers and it certainly provides them with a breathing space.
But demand in the near future may still push the price up so any relief may be short-lived.
