RIO DE JANEIRO - Kaka is set to make his debut for Orlando City in a January friendly against Brazilian giants Flamengo, according to local media reports.
The match has been scheduled for January 28 at the Arena Amazonia in Manaus, Brazilian sports news portal Lancenet reported.
It is expected to be followed by a clash at Sao Paulo - where Kaka is currently playing on loan - on February 6.
The fixtures will form part of Orlando City's pre-season program as they prepare for their debut Major League Soccer season, beginning in March.
Kaka joined the new franchise in July after ending an 11-year spell in Europe.
The 32-year-old made 307 appearances and scored 104 goals during two stints with AC Milan, where he won the 2007 FIFA World Player of the Year award.
He also played 85 matches and scored 23 goals during four injury-blighted years at Real Madrid.
Having begun his Sao Paulo loan spell in August, Kaka has rediscovered glimpses of his best form in a free-roaming playmaker role.
The 2002 World Cup winner was rewarded for his consistency by being recalled by national coach Dunga for Brazil's friendlies against Argentina and Japan earlier this month.
