Rest assured sanctuary
The spacious room we stayed in, Private Pool Villa, is a combination of modern opulence and old-fashioned basic. The walls and toilet floors are kept to the simple cool stone finishing which not only keep to the theme of the resort but also functional – it keeps the room cool throughout the day. The rawness of timber and brass give the room an exotic feel.
There is a wide array of accommodation options – from ultimate luxury to well, luxury. In some types of rooms, guests can even choose their perfect pillows. All rooms offer high ceiling and large windows with soothing views.
Just when we thought the type of room we picked is suitable for honeymooners, while we were there, we witnessed a romantic wedding organized by Indigo Pearl.
The couple hosted an intimate group of guests at the Black Ginger, a breathtaking restaurant magically decorated on a lagoon. Indigo Pearl also hosts corporate events and team building sessions with tailored activities around the resort's unique venues and outdoor facilities.
They have a dedicated Events Services Team to ensure the smooth running of activities. The establishment provides almost countless choices of recreation activities from health and fitness to cultural and water sports, that keep us occupied. So, for those who choose not to leave the resort, they can absolutely do so.
Being located in the less busy northern Phuket certainly appeals to those who enjoy tranquility. Along the beach, there is also a selection of bars and restaurants, convenience shops, and massage parlors which also provide manicure and pedicure.
The scenery is spectacular and what better way to recharge than to take long strolls along the beach in the evenings. Compared to the south of Phuket, which may be more vibrant with throngs of tourists, we are glad we choose the quieter north to be away from the action and for a chillaxing break.
