Carlos Gutierrez, who was president George W. Bush's commerce secretary from 2005 to 2009, spoke to China Daily in New York about recent US-China trade disputes. Now vice chairman of Citigroup's Institutional Clients Group, Gutierrez says more dialogue will enhance transparency between the two economic superpowers.
