Description:
Frank Lavin, CEO of Export Now, spoke to China Daily about bringing American "affordable luxuries" to Chinese consumers through e-commerce. Export Now, which Lavin founded in 2010, advises small and medium-size US companies on gaining access to China’s market via Tmall.com, the biggest online retail platform in the country, with 370 million customers. Lavin formerly served as undersecretary of commerce for international trade and as Washington’s ambassador to Singapore.
