Broadway's China connection

Hit Broadway shows like "The Lion King" and "Wicked" are household names around the world, but few people know who the Nederlander family are and what they’ve meant to New York’s legendary theater district. Robert Nederlander Jr, a third-generation family member who founded Nederlander Worldwide Entertainment, is involved in a variety of live-entertainment projects that includes development of business relations with China. In recent years, the company has brought top Broadway productions to Chinese cities and introduced Chinese shows to Broadway.
