Connecticut governor comes to China

China has been a popular destination for US governors on trade missions. So far this year, over a dozen US governors went to China to pursue Chinese investment. China Daily spoke with Connecticut Governor Dannel Malloy on his recent China trip and intentions to rekindle the relationship between his state and China.
