China's high housing prices have many people wondering if the market is headed for a hard landing – or even a crash. An April 5 conference, sponsored by the Columbia Business School and its Greater China Society student club, focused on various industries' prospects for doing business with China amid the government's stated aim of doubling both the size of the national economy and average income per capita by 2020.
