Chinese pipe worker dead in ROK

SEOUL - One man of Chinese nationality has been dead while building sewer pipes in Seoul, South Korea's capital, according to Yonhap News Agency on Monday.
As of 5:25 pm local time, a total of seven laborers were submerged while constructing drain pipes at Noryangjin, a district of western Seoul. Among them, one 58-year-old Chinese man was found dead.
Police and fire authorities were in the process of emergency relief to save the remaining six workers.
