Xi's envoy to attend Afghan presidential inauguration

BEIJING - China's minister of human resources and social security will attend the inauguration ceremony of Afghan President Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai on Monday as an envoy of President Xi Jinping, the Foreign Ministry said Sunday.
Yin Weimin will attend at the invitation of the Afghan government, said spokeswoman Hua Chunyin.
The Afghan Independent Election Commission declared Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai as president-elect last Sunday.
