An ad for a house sale in Indonesia has gone viral after the woman selling it makes a "rare offer" to potential buyers - herself for marriage.
Wina Lia, a 40-year-old widow and beauty salon owner, put her picture alongside the online ad, showing herself leaning against a car in front of her single-storey house with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a parking space and a fish pond. The house is in Sleman, a sleepy district on the island of Java, and on the market for 999 million rupiah ($77,100).
The ad also notes the offer is "for serious buyers who don't negotiate the price", but so far there has only been one potential purchaser, Lia revealed.
The mother of two was "shocked at the reaction", as she has been overwhelmed by journalists coming to interview her and even police coming "to verify the news as they consider it as an improper advertisement".
