ZTE Brazil president Wang admitted that because of the economic downturn in Brazil and the devaluation of the Brazilian real, Chinese enterprises encountered tremendous difficulties. But ZET Brazil has found its own way to develop.
“Thanks to the experience we’ve gained in the Brazilian market over the past decade, ZTE Brazil focuses on the daily operations, broadening our services and improving R&D. Compared with last year, our business situation has improved a lot,” said Wang.
Wang said that last year, ZTE Brazil didn’t participate in the 16th Futurecom, but this year they not only arranged a huge booth, but also advertised with several billboards throughout the hall.
Currently ZTE Brazil provides cutting-edge technology to telecommunications clients in wireless, access and bearer, value-added services, terminals, managed network services and ICT solutions for enterprises and government agencies in the country.
FiberHome Technologies Group is also a Chinese enterprise with more than ten years experience in the South America market. Due to Brazil’s high taxes, long cycle of product certification and complex local legal environment, FiberHome suffered a relatively slow development when it first entered the Brazilian market, but in recent years it gradually gotten back in the fast lane. It aims to further localize its operations, production and staff, and take advantage of its investment, technology and management to gain a leap forward in the Brazilian market.
