According to Han, a great number of projects like the Mombasa-Nairobi Standard Gauge Railway, Thika super highway and many other airport projects and the direct flight of China Southern have attracted the public attention of China and Africa.

"The infrastructure and urban constructions of Kenya are inseparable with Chinese and the Chinese businesspeople. The Chinese commodities are displayed in large and small malls and shops in Kenya. Kenya has become an important direction and foothold in East Africa for China's ‘Belt and Road’ initiative and the national strategy of ‘going abroad’," he said.
