BEIJING - Cai Mingzhao, spokesman of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), will hold a news conference on Wednesday afternoon at the Great Hall of the People in central Beijing, briefing the media on the upcoming national congress.

Cai will introduce to the press the agenda for the upcoming 18th CPC National Congress at around 4:30 pm and answer questions from domestic and overseas media.
