As a practitioner of social innovation, Cai founded a community that offers rentals much cheaper than the market price, a way to offer affordable office space for young people who want to start their own businesses. The Yi-Gather Community has now been joined by a total of 1,390 workers from 85 cities in 13 countries sharing working resources and social connections. Most of them are working in the IT, art design and social innovation sectors.
