Public porn broadcast stops traffic
Vehicles braking abruptly in the middle of a road, a crowd gathering to stare in astonishment...
Citizens of Mudanjiang, a city of nearly 3 million not far from the Russian border in the northeastern province of Heilongjiang, were surprised to watch a pornography clip which lasted for about 10 minutes on a large public screen on Tuesday.
The public screen was located right by the side of a busy road and directly opposite a large hospital.
A staff member on the hotline of the hospital nearby said he had no idea who owned the screen, and he only vaguely remembered it used to belong to a certain construction site, but it remained unused for the past two or three years, sohu.com reported.
