Rainstorm affects 940,000 in South China

NANNING - Rainstorms have left two people missing and more than 940,000 affected in South China's Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region over the past week.`As of 4 pm Thursday, the downpour had caused floods in 36 counties in 11 cities, said the regional civil affairs department. Some 52,500 people were evacuated to safe places.
