Dining Room opens in Shanghai

The Dining Room, a restaurant chain under the Xiao Nan Guo Group, opened in Shanghai on Sunday.
The chain was launched in Hong Kong in June 2012.
The Shanghai restaurant has an open kitchen allowing diners to see the food being prepared.
There are three Dining Rooms in Hong Kong.
"We think the market for young people is very promising and we're planning to open another five to six Dining Rooms this year," said Wang Huimin, chairman of Xiao Nan Guo Group Holdings Ltd.
