BEIJING -- Chinese shares closed mixed Thursday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.28 percent, or 5.84 point, to end at 2,067.12.
The Shenzhen Component Index rose 0.11 percent, or 8.95 points, to finish at 8,245.04.
