Chinese retail company eyes international market

The exhibition, held by HNA Group, opened to the public June 26 and ends July 6.
The 11-day exhibition focuses on the reform and innovation of traditional retail trading through the convergence of online and offline service.
CCOOP group, an E-business platform owned by HNA group, woos its audience by presenting "what will happen when retail meets modern technology" through VR interactive experience.
The internet of things, internet work and artificial intelligence will have great influence on the retail industry, which will reshape the global landscape of retail business, said Zheng Zhiqiu, head of CCOOP group.
The group is seeking opportunities to cooperate with the overseas market.
"In the future, based on modern technology and the conception of big data, the new type of retail will bring more convenience to people," Zheng added.
CCOOP online store connects the services of offline entity shops with the big data of online B2B platform.
The online store has 159,000 branches, such as community supermarkets and convenience stores.
Customers can buy a variety of products needed in their daily lives through online and offline service, including daily supplies, and fruit and vegetables, as well as agricultural products.
The store is exploring the international commodity market.
