Emergency landing made to help woman
A plane flying to Chongqing made an emergency landing at an alternate airport on Wednesday to help a pregnant woman on board.
According to the airlines, a woman two months pregnant went to the toilet 15 minutes after the plane took off from Ningbo, Zhejiang province.
She was complaining of stomach pains and the crew soon arranged for the woman to lie down on a vacated seat.
A doctor on board helped take care of her and one hour later the plane landed at the airport in Nanchang, Jiangxi province.
The woman was sent to a hospital, however she ultimately had a miscarriage.
