Lai Feng is still teaching at the age of 75, at Guanbu Primary School in Anyuan county, Jiangxi province.
He first became a teacher at this school when he was 31 and kept his passion for teaching until retirement. Now because of poor conditions, few teachers remain at the school, and Lai, at 74, came back to the classroom last year.
Lai says he was in pain to see that the children, whose parents migrate to work in cities, did not have a teacher, and he will stick to it until the end, as long as he can walk.
