BEIJING - China Maritime Search and Rescue Center has sent out an ocean-going rescue ship "NAN HAI JIU 115" to the waters around the Huangyan Island in the South China Sea, said the center on Monday.
The rescue ship will provide necessary assistance to Chinese fishing vessels, which are returning from the Huangyan Island due to rough sea conditions, according to the center.
