10 killed in North China mall fire

TIANJIN - The death toll climbed to ten after a fire, which broke out in a commercial mall in North China's Tianjin municipality on Saturday afternoon.
The fire started around 4 pm in the Laide Commercial Mall in the Jixian county of Tianjin, said rescuers.
According to the preliminary investigation, ten people have been confirmed killed and 16 others were slightly injured in the fire.
As of 11 pm Saturday, the fire has been extinguished.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
