4.8-magnitude quake jolts Taiwan

BEIJING - A 4.8 magnitude earthquake hit sea area off Taiwan' Taitung county around 4:20 am Beijing time on Saturday, said the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter was monitored at 23.4 degrees north latitude and 121.6 degrees east longitude with a depth of 5 km, according to the CENC.
