Landslide kills 9 in SW China

GUIYANG - Nine people have died and two others are reported missing following a landslide on Monday in Southwest China's Guizhou province.
The landslide occurred at 10:42 pm, when construction workers were repairing a road damaged by a previous landslide in Sinan County on Sunday evening, officials from the county government said Tuesday.
About 10,000 cubic meters of falling rocks buried the workers and excavators.
Rescuers are searching for two missing workers. Two workers were also injured.
