The 7.0-magnitude earthquake rocked Lushan County on April 20. So far, the quake has left at least 196 people dead and more than 12,000 others injured.
By May 10, the foundation had received 249-million-yuan worth of donations for those affected by the quake. Materials worth about 59.6million yuan have been earmarked for the quake-hit zone.
The foundation said it will create and run its programs according to receivers' demand and donors' will.
