Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings Ltd closed its department store in Shenyang, Liaoning province, on Saturday after five years.
It's the third Isetan store to close in China.
Isetan is employing a skeleton staff for after-sale services until June 15. The store promised to give employees due salaries and compensation, according to the Shenyang Evening News.
Japan-based Isetan had seven branches in China, including in Shanghai, Tianjin and Chengdu.
The group had previously closed two stores in Shanghai and Jinan.
