Anti-pollution campaign starts

A six-month campaign led by Environmental Protection Ministry and six other ministries will be implemented from May to November.
The campaign, aimed at controlling and punishing companies that illegally dump sewage, will focus on three areas: illegal issues regarding airborne and groundwater pollution, heavy metals and non-ferrous metals, and pollution in the pharmaceuticals industry.
