Chef to present Swiss delicacies in Beijing

Gastronomic chef Thierry Fischer, the laureate of the Taittinger International Culinary Prize, will be presenting a collection of Swiss delicacies with restaurant chef de cuisine Michael Jakovljev from June 2-9 at Heritage French Restaurant at Sofitel Wanda Beijing.
Originally from Alsace in the north east of France, Fischer has spent most of his career in Germany and Switzerland. The chef has worked in many renowned restaurants such as Historiches Gasthaus Schwanen and Schwarzwaldstube in Germany, and les? Quatres Saisons in Switzerland.
Fisher has made more than 20 appearances on Swiss television where he is often invited to share his culinary savoir faire.
