5 dead in NW China road accident

YINCHUAN - Five people died and 23 others were injured in a road accident in Northwest China's Ningxia Hui autonomous region on Tuesday evening, local authorities said Wednesday.
The accident happened at 6:25 pm when a bus, carrying 26 people, collided with a freight truck on National Highway 109 in Daba township of Qingtongxia city, local traffic police said.
One person died at the scene and 27 others were sent to hospital for treatment. However, four of them died in hospital.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
