WUHAN - Five people were injured after a man set fire to an office building on Wednesday in Zigui county in central China's Hubei province, local authorities said.
The man used gasoline to start a fire to the building, which is located in a small commodity market in Maoping Township around 11 am, the county government's press office said.
The fire was extinguished 30 minutes after being set.
Five injured people, including the arsonist, were rushed to a local hospital. Two of them were critically injured.
The suspect, a 38-year-old selling home appliance, is now in police custody.
