Nineteen people were taken to hospital with ozone poisoning from a swimming pool in Wuhan, Hubei province, according to a Legal Daily report on Tuesday.
According to a local hospital, all 19 people were diagnosed as being poisoned and nine were in serious condition.
Excessive ozone was emitted due to operational errors when the swimming pool was disinfected on Tuesday afternoon, said a swimming pool worker surnamed Zhou.
