A woman gave birth to a baby boy on a high-speed train heading from Guangzhou to Wuhan, Wuhan Evening News reported on Sunday.

The 28-year-old woman, identified as Su Jinhua, was traveling with her husband and had been expecting to give birth in two weeks.

But Su, helped by a male passenger who is a doctor, gave birth to the child at 10 am, about one hour before the train reached Changsha station.
