An investigation into Jin Xiaoming and Liao Hongyuan, the president of Hunan First Normal University and the former Party chief of Hunan Industry Polytechnic, is under way, according to the Hunan Party Commission for Discipline Inspection.
Jin previously held leading positions at the Zhuzhou Institute of Technology, Hunan Industry Polytechnic and Hunan Institute of Technology.
Liao worked as Party chief from 1999 to 2011 and professor of Hunan Industry Polytechnic from 2011 to 2012. He retired in May 2012.
In July, the Hunan Party Commission for Discipline Inspection announced that they had begun investigating Long Chenghai, who had worked in leading positions at Hunan Industry Polytechnic.
Jin Xiaoming, Liao Hongyuan and Long Chenghai had all previously held chief positions at Hunan Industry Polytechnic.
