Fees charged by a primary school for “learning from Lei Feng (China's most famous Good Samaritan)” and “China Dream” will be returned, Beijing Times reported.

The two fees were listed in payment notices sent to parents by a primary school in Luohe, Henan province. Though confused by the two items, most parents paid the money.

The headmaster of the school, Guan Na, later explained in an interview that the two items are reading materials booked by the school but confessed there was a problem in charging the fee.

“We will pay the fees for the reading materials about the China Dream and learning from Lei Feng to be ethical to parents,” Guan said, adding that the school will communicate with parents and no similar case will occur.
