An evening party was held on Sunday by the Communication University of China (CUC) to welcome its new MBA students in 2013.
The welcoming party, themed “Love and Responsibility”, was designed and conducted by MBA students from the university, a tradition kept by the MBA school of CUC since 2010, when the school was set up.
During the welcoming party, 21 representatives from the media, government as well as renowned enterprises were appointed as tutors of the MBA school. They will be giving regular lessons on particular areas, such as media management and public relations strategy.
The school keeps up a tradition of fulfilling social responsibilities while teaching. During the two-month summer vacation, MBA students of CUC have been conducting social services for children with aphonia in Beijing, by calling for donations for these children and visiting them and giving lessons regularly. A group of aphonia children also joined the school in the welcoming party on Sunday, expressing their gratitude with hand signs.
