Foreign students selected as culture ambassadors

Twenty-two foreign students from eight well-known universities in Beijing were named ambassadors of Chinese culture in a ceremony held at Lao She Teahouse on Tuesday.
Jointly sponsored by Beijing Language and Culture University and Lao She Teahouse, the event was organized to deepen foreign students' understanding of Chinese culture and enhance their relationship with the country.
Beijing Language and Culture University has always been dedicated to promoting cross-culture communication. The newly nominated foreign ambassadors, coming from various backgrounds, are expected to play an active role in building a bridge between China and other nations.
