Afghan President to visit China

BEIJING - Afghan President Hamid Karzai will pay a state visit to China from September 25-28, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said in Beijing Monday.
His visit is at the invitation of Chinese President Xi Jinping, the ministry's spokesman Hong Lei said at a daily press briefing.
During the visit, Karzai will also attend the opening ceremony of the Euro-Asia Economic Forum (EAEF) 2013.
