The inspection teams dispatched by the country's top anti-corruption agency claim to have found lots of problems existing in the government bodies.
The problems include lack of supervision, bribe-taking and lavish lifestyles among officials, lack of transparency in State-owned enterprises, and so on, according to a statement issued on Thursday by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the Communist Party of China.
The inspection teams have collected some information about the officials from whistleblowers and the information has been handed over to the commission for further inspection, said the statement.
In May, the commission dispatched 10 inspection teams to ministries, provincial governments, State-owned enterprises and institutes to supervise officials' activities.
