A 94-year-old man in Changshu, Jiangsu province, is capable of doing 25 continuous push-ups, Modern Express reported on Tuesday.
Chu Desheng attributes his robust health to good living habits and exercise.
For the past 40 years, he has risen at about 5 am every day and gone to bed at about 9 pm.
He exercises twice in the morning and evening and has never smoked or drunk alcohol. "My dinner is simple, with little meat and I never eat too much," he said.
Chu also does some housework.
