Teachers who set graduate candidate test papers are not allowed to give related training, classes or tutorials, the Ministry of Education said in a notice released on its website on Wednesday.
The move is to ensure fairness.
According to the notice, information on postgraduate recruitment, such as enrollment rules and plans, regulations, name lists and results of interviews, as well as admission results, should be open to the public.
Hotlines should also be set up to report any wrongdoing or discrepancies, the notice said.
