Drug gang busted in China

JINAN -- Chinese police have busted a drug gang operating in several provinces, the police department of the eastern province of Shandong said on Saturday.
Police arrested 25 suspects in their campaign against the gang. Three methamphetamine labs have been busted, with 14 tonnes of drug production materials and drug-making equipment seized.
Police in Shandong working with help from police in Hebei and Henan provinces discovered that a suspect surnamed Zhang and another two drug gang members were transporting a large amount of drug production materials to a meth lab in Jiaxiang County, Hebei Province. Another two meth labs were found about the same time.
The 25 drug gang members were arrested while working in the meth labs on Nov 22.
