Balloon connects China and Japan
A balloon released by a Chinese man flew across the ocean to arrive in Japan, where it was picked up by a Japanese, reported China Central Television on Thursday.
Hu Yunfei, who lives in Wuzhai county, North China's Shanxi province, released the balloon on March 24. A piece of paper was attached to the balloon reading: "Please call me at 18xxxxx if you find this balloon". Nine days after the balloon was released, a 72-year-old Japanese called Oba Takeo received it and contacted Hu at the number.
