Two people have been killed and another two injured when a ride started moving before all the passengers were buckled up at Longshan amusement park in Pingyang county, Wenzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, on Friday, according to Xinhua.
It is said the accident happened because the staff started the ride before the passengers were ready. Five riders were thrown to the ground right away. One survived without injury, the county government said.
The owner of the amusement park has been arrested and the park has been closed down.
It was the opening day of the amusement park.
