A major acrobatic festival will be held from Oct 26 to Nov 10 in Hebei province.
Dubbed one of the top three global acrobatic festivals, the China Wuqiao International Acrobatic Festival started in 1987 and is held every two years.
This year's festival will take place in the provincial capital Shijiazhuang from Oct 26 to Nov 3 and in Cangzhou from Nov 8 to 10.
There will be 30 performances presented by 19 countries and regions including the US and Russia, of which five are from the Chinese mainland and Taiwan.
Three Golden Lion, six Silver Lion and nine Bronze Lion awards will be up for grabs and winners will also receive a financial prize.
