Jan 1889: Three imitations of his previous sunflower paintings
In January 1889, after Gauguin left, Van Gogh imitated his previous sunflower paintings of Vase with Fifteen Sunflowers and Vase with Twelve Sunflowers. As there is not much difference with the previous ones, they are easily identified as copies.
